When you book a creator, payment is held in a secure escrow account. Funds are released to the creator only after you review and approve the final deliverables. If anything goes wrong, our dispute team steps in to resolve it fairly.

Every creator goes through KYC verification: identity documents, linked social accounts, and follower authenticity checks. Only verified creators appear in search, which reduces your exposure to fake accounts and inflated numbers.

Product launches, store and restaurant openings, festival and seasonal campaigns, app installs, brand awareness, and on-ground event coverage. Filter by niche, city and platform to find the right creators for any campaign type.

Yes. Creators have full control over their rates, booking rules and calendar. Brands see only slots the creator has opened. No negotiation required. If a date shows as available, it's actually available.

Yes. Influenzars is focused on India's creator economy. Our creator base and brand partners are India-based, and the payment infrastructure is built for INR transactions. Global expansion is on the roadmap.

Customers pay a platform fee of ₹199 + applicable GST per successful booking. Creators pay a 15% platform commission on booking payouts, and applicable TDS is deducted as required by Indian tax law. See the Terms & Conditions for full details.

After proof of work is approved or auto-approved, payout is queued for the next Wednesday processing cycle. Creators must submit valid proof of work through the app before payment can be released.

If a creator declines or does not accept before the scheduled work time, the customer receives a full refund. Customer-initiated cancellations after creator acceptance are not eligible for refunds unless Influenzars rules in the customer's favour during dispute resolution.
